It may have been a year later than expected, but it appears DeMarcus Cousins will be donning the purple and gold of the Los Angeles Lakers. Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that the two sides agreed to a one-year deal. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed yet. Fans and even players around the NBA were in quite a snit when DeMarcus Cousins inked a 1 year, $5.3 million deal with the Golden State Warriors. As he suffered an Achilles injury In January there were not an abundance of teams vying to bring Boogie in.
