AD/Communications, Norfolk State Athletics Norfolk State University freshman kicker Noah Tracey was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Rookie Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. Tracey, a native of Springwood, Australia, punted the ball five times on Saturday against Temple for 194 yards, with one punt inside the 20-yard line.
