Zion Williamson out for Pelicans preseason finale with knee soreness

The New Orleans Pelicans rookie sensation Zion Williamson will miss the team’s final preseason game Friday against the Knicks. Williamson did not make the trip to New York , remaining in New Orleans for additional evaluation. This is not the first time Zion has tangled with a minor knee issue, while at Duke he missed six games after he suffered a mild right knee sprain following the most publicized shoe malfunction of all-time.
