Police in Slat Lake City, Utah say a man that robbed a teenager of his shoes was charged Tuesday/ According to the charging documents , at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Saturday 18-year-old Keshab Bhattari and two others approached a 15-year-old boy, as he awaited the train at 2225 S. 500 East.
