From Kim Bhasin of bloomberg.com : Nike Inc. is winding down operations at a facility in Goodyear, Arizona, marking an abrupt turnabout for a project meant to become a state-of-the-art plant for its Nike Air shoe line. Anthony Davis could miss season re-opener

Anthony Davis left with 2:09 to go in the first quarter of the Lakers exhibition against the Orlando Magic when he was inadvertently hit across the face by the Magic’s Khmer Burch while battling for the rebound and did not return. Davis was re-evacuated Sunday and sat out the team’s next scrimmage against the Washington Wizards with eye discomfort. Dubbed “White Cement” , this colorway of the Nike Zoom Freak 2 is inspired by the four miles that a young Giannis Antetokounmpo would have to walk to an Athens gym to practice. It sports a white mesh upper with a large black Swoosh on the lateral side. A Giannis logo appears on the lower lateral heel with Freak branding present on the tongue.
