It appears that after parting ways with Steve Clifford, the Charlotte Hornets have found his replacement. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Hornets are finishing up a deal that would make San Antonio Spurs assistant James Borrego their new head man.

It appears an extensive rebuild is on the horizon for the Hornets, and at only 41 years old, Borrego has the youth to see this process all the way through. Time will tell if success and/or the organization will grant him the time to truly do just that.
