After years of trudging through the malaise of mediocrity with scores of designs are at best relegated to the void of the forgotten and their worst outright visual assualts. However recent designs such as the AE 1, Harden Vol. 8, D.O.N. Issue # and the upcoming Dame 9 it appears Adidas Basketball is well on the path to lifting itself out of the doldrums of design ineptutiude.
This Dame 9 sports a black upper that is overlaid with red. The Three Stripes that is created via the negative space in the red portion that sits atop the black. A volt Dame logo on the tongue and additional Adidas branding on the lateral forefoot completes the sleek upper.
Underneath the aforementioned upper resides a red midsole and matching rubber outsole.
