According to Green, the Warriors’ head coach is waiting for him when he decides to hang it up.
Appearing on TNT’s Inside the NBA’s All-Star Weekend coverage, the 2016-17 Defensive Player of the Year said “I’ve already been offered the Golden State Warriors head coaching job when I’m done. You think I’m gonna suck?.”
Green, asked if he would make a good head coach, responded with “I think I could be a good coach. I don’t want to be.”
