The Denver Nuggets’ aspirations of knocking off the Oklahoma City Thunder took a major blow.
Per reporting from Shams Charania, Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon has been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain, placing his status in doubt for Sunday’s Game 7.
With under 2 minutes to go in Game 6, Gordon was called for a kick ball while chasing a loose ball. Immediately following the play, Gordon grabbed his left hamstring and seemed to be in a degree of discomfort.
Gordon has shown up the biggest when is has mattered the most , hitting two game winning baskets in these playoffs. He is averaging 14.5 points, 9.2 rebounds and 3.5 in the series against the Thunder.
