Three-star and class of 2026 running back Nicholas Tramble committed to Prairie View. Tremble announced his decision in a post to his X account that said, “H-town, we home baby.”
Tremble got on colleges’ radar after a freshman campaign in which he ran for 675 yards and a district-leading 10 touchdowns on just 65 carries, earning second-team All-District honors.
This past season as a junior, Tramble ran for 1,100 yards, which led the district, and 10 touchdowns, garnering all-district First Team honors.
Over his first three high school seasons, Tramble has recorded 2,478 rushing yards and 29 touchdowns and over 3,000 all-purpose yards.
The Houston, TX native chose the Panthers over schools such as Arizona, Kansas, Kansas State, Rice, UNLV, Yale, SMU and several other programs. According to 247 sports he is the 120th-ranked running back in the country and the no. 247 ranked prospect in the state of Texas. Tremble is the fourth-highest ranked commit in Prairie View history.
