Inspired by Michael Jackson’s Moonwalk, this Kobe IX Elite Low Protro sports a hyper grape Flyknit upper adorned on the sides with silver Swooshes.
Black shows up at the inner, with a silver Kobe logo perched atop the tongue.
On the rear heel, nine hash marks can be seen, completing an upper that sits atop an updated midsole that can handle the cushioning demands of today’s players. Additionally a translucent rubber outsole under which a lunar landscape can be seen further tying together the moonwalker theme.
Initially reported to return September 10, the “Moonwalker” Nike Kobe IX Elite Low Protro is now to release October 30. They will carry a 220 USD sticker price.
