20 years after its 2006 debut the black and university blue Air Jordan five will once again Grace store shelves.
They are a faithful recreation of its 2006 progenitor. They sport a black nubuck upper with university blue stitching that connects the panels. Clear netting can be seen on the sides as well as the tongue. A black Jumpman is perched atop the reflective tongue, while the iconic branding also appears in university blue at the rear heel.
Underneath resides a black midsole accented with white teeth as well as a university blue translucent and black rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, the “Black/University Blue” Air Jordan 5 is slated to make its return, along with the facebox, on July 18 in full family sizing.
