Two of the WNBA’s biggest long-range stars won’t be competing in this year’s 3-Point Contest.
According to Front Office Sports, both Caitlin Clark and Sabrina Ionescu have declined invitations to participate in the 2026 WNBA All-Star Weekend event. A source familiar with the situation told FOS that multiple players were invited but chose not to participate for a variety of reasons.
Clark and Ionescu are among the league’s most recognizable shooters, making their absence notable for fans hoping to see two of the WNBA’s premier perimeter threats on the contest stage.
