Devin Booker continues to celebrate his Michigan roots with the upcoming Nike Book 2 “Iron Fist,” a colorway inspired by one of Detroit’s most recognizable landmarks—the Joe Louis Memorial, better known as “The Fist.”
Located in downtown Detroit, the massive bronze sculpture commemorates heavyweight boxing icon Joe Louis, whose impact extends far beyond the sport. The monument has become a symbol of strength, resilience, and the city’s fighting spirit, making it a fitting source of inspiration for Booker’s latest signature sneaker.
The Nike Book 2 “Iron Fist” features a bold color palette that echoes the monument’s metallic appearance while incorporating premium materials and subtle detailing that ties back to Detroit’s rich cultural history. The storytelling continues Booker’s trend of infusing personal influences and meaningful narratives into his signature line with Nike.
