This upcoming Jordan 3 is inspired by Michael Jordan’s North Carolina shorts, which he wore under his uniform for all of the 1072 NBA games he played in.
They sport a white overlaid with light grey suede at the toe and wrapping th lower heel, the same material also shows up as an underlay at the midfoot. University blue shows up at the top eyelets and Jumpman branding on the rear heel, with a light blue Jumpman embroidered on the tongue. Behind the aforementioned tongue is a label similar to a how-to-launder tag that might be found on a pair of shorts.
Underneath the upper resides a sail and university blue midsole and a tri-color rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, the “Lucky Shorts” Air Jordan 3 is slated to debut February 22 in full-family sizing.
