I have been an unabashed critic of the over saturation and bastardization of the Nike Air More Uptempo with colorways both unwanted nor needed. If Nike just released the original two colorways ( black/white and Olympic) in a method that allowed for the people who actually wanted them to easily access them, they would be printing money( even moreso than they are currently).
With that being said, there is another colorway of the More Uptempo on the horizon, and while once again, these were not a requested sneaker , they are executed phenomenally well.
It sports a black nubuck foundational layer with cobalt bliss-bordered “AIR” overlays with a white toe cap. Swooshes on the toe , tongue and heel with the latter being of the jeweled variety.
Underneath resides a black and white branded midsole, full-length Max-Air unit and a black and white cobalt-branded rubber outsole.
The ”Cobalt Bliss” Nike Air More Uptempo are imminently anticipated to debut at nike.com and select retail venues. They will carry a 175 USD sticker price.
