The Los Angeles Lakers and guard Ben McLemore have come to terms on a contract, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
The Rockets waived McLemore recently, as they continue their painful March towards a complete rebuild.
After a solid campaign for the Rockets last season in which he averaged 10.1 points in 22.8 minutes per contest and shooting 40.0 percent from three-point range, McLemore has taken a step back this season, scoring just 7.4 points on a career-low 35.7 percent from the floor.
The Lakers are hoping he can regain more of his 2019-20 form and provide some scoring punch off the pine and desperately needed outside shooting, as they rank currently 24th in the Association at 35.1 percent.
