Just when you thought 2025 could not get any more action-packed, Jordan ups the ante even more with another addition to the year’s already star-studded release lineup with the addition of the “Black Tongue Fire Red” Air Jordan V, which was last seen in 2013.
At this early juncture there are no available images, but what we should be presented with is a faithful recreation of the classic colorway. The aesthetic should be one of a white leather upper with clear netting on the sides and tongue and likely a “23”, a feature seen on the original PEs, that shows up on the lateral lower heel. A red Jumpman is perched atop its signature black tongue, while a black iteration of the iconic branding can be seen on the rear heel.
Underneath the aforementioned upper resides a black and red midsole and a red and translucent rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, the “Black Tongue Fire Red” Air Jordan V is set slated to make its return in the fall of 2025 in full-family sizing.
