Sneaker Freaker and Asics have joined forces on this Gel Lyte III. Given the moniker, “Tiger Snake”, it draws its inspiration from the tiger snakes in Australia and the Onitsuka Tiger company, from which Asics originated from. The sneaker sports a beige leather upper underlaid by perforated leather and suede Asics logo. Black leather wraps the heel and sports “Gel Lyte III” on the lateral side. Asics using robots to produce sneakers faster

Asics plans to institute a myriad of robots to a plant in Japan that will allow the company more quickly respond to ever-changing consumer trends and ultimately get its shoes on store shelves faster. Next spring up to a third of the production a factory in Tottori Prefecture will be automated.
