New Orleans Pelicans center Steven Adams will not play Friday night against the Phoenix Suns due to an ankle injury according to head coach Stan Van Gundy, per Jim Eichenhofer. Adams injured the ankle in the team’s game Wednesday night against Portland, causing him to leave the game in the third quarter.
