According to The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charnia, Blake Griffin, who has yet to play in 2019-20 due to hamstring and knee issues, has been cleared to resume basketball activities and is now listed as “day-to-day.” Unfortunately for the six-time All-Star, injuries are not all that uncommon. Houston Rockets guard will miss the team’s regular season exhibition game against the Golden State Warriors due to a left hamstring injury, according to the Houston Chronicle’s Jonathan Feigen. Injuries have plagued Gordon through his career. He has played in more than 70 games just twice in his 11 seasons in the NBA. Toronto Raptors guard/forward Patrick McCaw , will be out for several weeks , according to The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charania. Raptors’ head coach Nick Nurse told The Athletic’s Eric Koreen that McCaw was seeing a specialist to further evaluate his knee. McCaw has appeared in just two of the team’s six games, averaging 4.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists in twenty minutes per contest.

Blazers’ Collins out four months after shoulder surgery

The Portland Trail Blazers announced on Tuesday that forward Zach Collins will be out for approximately four months after undergoing a procedure to repair his left labrum. In a release the Blazers said their young big man will begin a treatment and rehabilitation process and will be re-evaluated in about four months. Collins suffered a dislocated shoulder in the third quarter of their game against the Dallas Mavericks on October 27. Avery Bradley to miss Bulls game

According to the team, Los Angeles Lakers guard Avery Bradley has been ruled out for the team’s game against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night with a lower leg contusion. Bradley suffered the injury Sunday against the San Antonio Spurs. Mike Trudell reports that X-rays came back negative and that he is listed as day-to-day.
