In light of the calf injury that will cost Ramone Moore the rest of the season, the Adelaide 36ers have signed Shaun Bruce on a short-term deal. This will Bruce’s second go-round with Cairns; he made his NBL debut with the club in 2013. He would sign a two-year deal with the Brisbane Bullets in 2016. The injury bug just kicked the Rockets in the keister once again. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Houston Rockets center Clint Capela will miss be out four to six weeks. Giannis Antetokounmpo out vs Wizards due to Hip and Quad Injuries

Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will miss the team’s game Friday against the Washington Wizards. The Journal-Sentinel’s Matt Velazquez reports that Antetokounmpo was listed on the NBA’s injury report with a left hip contusion and right quad soreness. Velazquez adds that Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said that an injury that has been lingering for a couple of games will keep Giannis out of the game.
