The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2024 Food Lion CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament website. Our primary goal during the redesign process was to create a more valuable, user-centric and responsive resource across all platforms and devices. “We’re excited to announce the launch of the new Food Lion CIAA Tournament website. This new website is the culmination of the diligence and long hours of work from our team,” said Jacqie McWilliams Parker, CIAA Commissioner. “We are thrilled with the results and are confident that it is a more engaging and comprehensive presentation of the games, activities and events that comprise the weeklong tournament experience and our presence in the “Charm City” of Baltimore, MD and hosted by Bowie State University.”
“Our website is often the first impression of our conference to constituents. We wanted the site to have an up-front emotional appeal to pull people in and then deliver the information they seek through easy navigational tools. We believe this site achieves that and much more.” We wanted to focus on making it easier for our fans and membership to locate valuable information about the upcoming 2024 Food Lion CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament.

Created with the user experience in mind, the site includes many new features to help users to quickly and easily navigate the site and find the film or adhesive product they need. New features include:
- Chat Feature to engage with users to answer questions and troubleshoot issues virtually.
- Frequently Asked Questions are now easily requested through new cart functionality making the process faster and streamlined.
- Rapid Response Functionality allowing the site to be compatible with all browsers and mobile devices.
