Fifteen years after they teamed up to birth the “Kiss of Death” Air Max 1, Nike and Chinese streetwear brand Clot have joined forces once again to bring back theme to celebrate the opening of ACU, China’s first sneaker boutique.
The upcoming Air Max is anticipated to be a dead ringer for the 2006 version in that is will sport net suede upper underlaid by a clear toe box. Red Swooshes adorn the lateral and medial sides , with a different shade of red wrapping the heel. The insoles display a pattern that depicts the pressure points in the foot , which hearkens back to Chinese medicinal theory.

The “Kiss of Death” Clot x Air Max 1 is planned to release sometime in March at nike.com and select retail establishments.
