If you are an 80’s baby, you may remember Big League Chew, the shredded bubble gum that in packaging that resembled that of chewing tobacco. Not only is the brand still around but they have partnered with New Balance for a collection of footwear and T-shirts to celebrate National Chewing Gum Day.

The collection includes baseball and fastpitch softball cleats, the FuelCell Echo Trainer, slides and graphic tees. All of the items come in colorways inspired by flavors of Big League Chew, including Outta Here Original, Ground Ball Grape, Big Rally Blue Raspberry and Swingin’ Sour Apple. The baseball and softball cleats, the 4040v5 and the Fuse v2, respectively, and the FuelCell Echo, all come with custom Big League Chew custom pouches.
The collection will be available February 28 at newbalance.com, as well as online and at select DICK’S Sporting Goods stores. An unboxing video of the collection can be found on the Instagrams of four time MLB All-Star Francisco Lindor and pro fast pitch player Sierra Romero .
