Although the ‘Fire Red” Air Jordan 4 will be making its fourth return to retail this holiday season, this will mark the first time since its 1989 debut that it will do so with “Nike Air” branding. The 2006 “Mars” and the 2012 versions both featured Jumpman branding.
It makes use of a white, black , tech grey and fire red colour palette. A white leather upper underlaid by black on the side and tongue over which white netting appears. Black appears on the rear tab and the bottom of the “wings”, with fire red shows up on the plastic lace loops, tongue Jumpman branding and the “NIKE AIR” on the heel.
The supper sits atop a white and black midsole and a tech grey, red and white rubber outsole with Nike branding.
The “Fire Red” Air Jordan 4 is scheduled to release November 27 at nike.com and select retail establishments. They will carry a $200 USD sticker price.
