According to the New York Times’ Marc Stein, the Denver Nuggets will be amongst several teams interested in the Memphis Grizzlies’ recently acquired forward Andre Iguodala.
Iguodala had to be moved in wake of Kevin Durant’s departure that ultimately ended being a sign-and-trade that brought D’Angelo Russell to the former champs. However as Memphis is clearly in the opening stages of what could be a protracted rebuilding effort, the 35-year-old is likely not in their long term plans and may decide to try move him or waive him.
Iguodala previously played for the Nuggets in the 2012-13 season. He played in and started 80 games and he averaged 13.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists.
