ATLANTA, Ga. – The Wildcats, again, used the second 60 minutes of the game to power to victory. Fort Valley State scored four times in the first 24 minutes of the second half to separate from and take down Clark Atlanta, 41-21, in Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football Saturday afternoon.

Wilberforce, OH – 465 yards of offense, five defensive takeaways, and five sacks were more than enough for Edward Waters in their dominant 45-13 SIAC cross divisional road victory over Central State on Saturday afternoon at William McPherson Memorial Stadium.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – In another high-octane Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference battle, Tuskegee (6-2, 5-0 SIAC) defeated Lane 35-31 in the Bluff City Classic, held inside of Crump Stadium to win their second Classic game on the year.

SAVANNAH, GA – The Albany State University Golden Rams got back to their winning ways after defeating the Savannah State Tigers (31-20) in Savannah, Georgia.  With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (6-2) overall and (4-1) in the SIAC.  The Tigers fell to (3-5) overall and (2-4) in the SIAC.

ATLANTA, Ga. – The 18th-ranked Benedict College Tigers used their impressive defense to smother the Morehouse Maroon Tigers and take a 35-0 victory on Saturday, wrecking the Morehouse Homecoming. Benedict, which entered the contest with the nation’s fifth-best defense in total defense and third-best team in scoring defense, only improved their status. Benedict improves to 8-0 overall and 5-0 in the SIAC. Morehouse falls to 0-8 overall and 0-5 in the SIAC.
