We are barely a week into 2026 and a recent development has the eyes of scores of sneaker enthusiasts already looking toward the later portion of the calendar. Zsneakerheadz reports that the “Royal” Air Jordan I is primed to make its latest return this holiday season.
Following its original 1985 release, the “Royals” have seen retail runs in 2001, 2013 and 2017.
At the early juncture, we don’t have available images of the 2026 , however according to MrUnloved1s, these will not be a ‘85 High, as that line in on pause for the moment. This means the 2026 iteration will likely be of the Retro High I OG ilk.
The 2026 “Royal” Air Jordan I is expected to release sometime between October and December. More information to come on this sneaker as it becomes available.
