According to police in Dothan, Alabama a man who was looking to sell a pair of Air Jordan found himself the victim of a robbery.
Lieutenant Scott Owens of the DPD said the victim met with 19-year-old Kevin Devontay Smith and juvenile teenager in the south side Wal-Mart parking lot to conduct the transaction for the sneakers.
“Instead, the victim was met by a firearm and robbed of his money, which was $320,” Owens said. “Both suspects were identified through surveillance video and witnesses on the scene.”
Smith and the juvenile are both being charged with first-degree robbery. The two were released from jail after each posting a $50,000 bond.
