For Israel, once again it was no Deni Avdija, no problem, as the Israeli team defeating Georgia,104-96, a trio of 18 point efforts from Yam Madar, Tomer Ginat and Roman Sorkin. The win was the second consecutive victory for Israel, having just defeated the SEC’s Auburn Tiger 95-86 in Tel Aviv. The French Federation of Basketball announed on Friday that Frank Ntilikina will not be available for EuroBasket 2022 and the next round of World Cup Qualifiers due to an undisclosed injury as reported by eurohoops.net.
