Earier today the Chicago Bulls announced that power forward Bobby Portis was diagnosed with a moderate MCL sprain in his right knee and will be out four to six weeks. K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune initially reported that Portis was expected to be on the shelf for at least a month. He sustained the injury Wednesday night in the fourth quarter of the Bulls’ game against the Charlotte Hornets.
