Per Zach Barnett of footballscoop.com: Coach Simmons and his new staff have their work cut for them as they seek to rebuild a program that has only four winning seasons ( 7-6 in 2010, a pair of 8-5 marks in 2011& 2017, as well as going 9-4 in 2018) since 2002.
