The French Federation of Basketball announed on Friday that Frank Ntilikina will not be available for EuroBasket 2022 and the next round of World Cup Qualifiers due to an undisclosed injury as reported by eurohoops.net. The 24-year-old Dallas Mavericks point guard is fourth player from the French national team to go down with an injury, joining Moustapha Fall, Andrew Albicy, and Victor Wembyama.
