It makes sense for the Raptors, as he helps mitigates the loss of Serge Ibaka , who agreed to a contract with the Clippers. Sad news out of Warrior land. From Jenna Ciccotelli of Bleacher Report: The Golden State Warriors announced Thursday that guard Klay Thompson is expected to miss his second straight season because of a leg injury. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski first reported Thompson tore his Achilles during a workout Wednesday, though he is expected to make a full recovery. He missed the 2019-20 season after he tore the ACL in his left knee during Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals.
