Kings reportedly agree to one year deal with Hassan Whiteside

Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee reported the deal will be for the veteran’s minimum, which will put Whiteside’s salary at $2.32 million for 2020-21. Heat send Whiteside to Portland for Harkless and Leonard

The Miami Heat have sent center Hassan Whiteside to the Portland Trail Blazers in exchange for Maurice Harkless and Meyers Leonard. Whiteside, who averaged 12.3 points and 11.7 rebounds per game, can provide a defensive presence in the middle that can help to erase mistakes made on the perimeter.
