The “Alternate Grape” colorway is the latest take from Jordan Brand on the classic “grape” colorway. It follows up 2013’s “Black Grape”, 2015’s “Pre Grape”, and 2018’s polarizing “Fresh Prince” version. Although they have been dubbed “Reverse Taxi” this upcoming Air Jordan bears a striking resemblance to the “Neoprene” Air Jordan 12 from 2016. It shares similar (practically identical) color blocking to the “Neoprene”, with this shoe sporting a nubuck and leather upper, instead of Neoprene.
