Jordan Brand is taking one of its most beloved silhouettes international with the upcoming “Brazil” Air Jordan 3, a release that fully embraces the colors and spirit associated with Brazilian football culture.
Expected to arrive during the summer of 2026, the sneaker sports a vibrant blend of blue, green, and yellow that instantly evokes the Brazilian flag while pushing the Air Jordan 3 into much louder territory than traditional OG colorways.
The upper is constructed in premium blue tumbled leather and paired with green accents on the heel branding and portions of the midsole. Yellow detailing appears on the eyelets and branding elements, while hits of pink around the collar and tongue give the shoe an even more energetic aesthetic.
Unlike many recent Air Jordan 3 releases that lean heavily into heritage styling, the “Brazil” opts for a more experimental look. The shoe reportedly includes football-inspired details and special nods to Brazil’s global football identity, making it feel more like a celebratory cultural release than a straightforward retro.
Classic Air Jordan 3 DNA remains intact, however. Visible Air cushioning, the familiar midsole tooling, and signature elephant print accents help ground the shoe in its basketball roots despite the dramatic color palette.
The sneaker has already generated strong reactions online. Some sneaker enthusiasts love the daring use of color and the World Cup-inspired energy, while others feel the execution strays too far from the classic Air Jordan 3 formula. Regardless of where people stand, the release has undoubtedly become one of the more talked-about Jordan Brand launches on the 2026 calendar.
The “Brazil” Air Jordan 3 is currently expected to release on May 16, 2026 for a retail price of $225.
