With offensive production coming from multiple Hornets, Sydney Lewis led the charge with 10 total points. Lewis tallied seven kills on 14 total attacks for an even .500 hitting percentage. Coppin State Athletics to receive NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program Grant

Courtesy of Coppin State Athletic Communications For the third time in department history, Coppin State University’s athletics department has been named a recipient of the NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program (AASP) initiative grant. CSU Athletics received a single-year grant totaling $95,000 from the NCAA and was one of 13 Division I institutions to receive the grant for the 2022-23 academic year. Delaware State announces plan to allow limited fan attendance at indoor sports events

The University is pleased to announce restoration of near-normal spectator attendance at indoor athletic events. After limiting attendance at indoor sporting events for the month of January due to the rise of the Omicron COVID-19 variant, the University has announced a new policy.  Up to 600 spectators can attend the games, including 300 Delaware State University students.
