Coppin State Athletics to receive NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program Grant

Courtesy of Coppin State Athletic Communications For the third time in department history, Coppin State University’s athletics department has been named a recipient of the NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program (AASP) initiative grant. CSU Athletics received a single-year grant totaling $95,000 from the NCAA and was one of 13 Division I institutions to receive the grant for the 2022-23 academic year. Coppin State, who claimed victory in the MEAC Baseball Tournament , after besting Delaware State 18-12, has found out their opponent in their first round opponent in the NCAA Baseball Championship.
