Coppin State and NC Central meet in key MEAC game Saturday

The Coppin State men’s hoops team hits the road for a Saturday tilt against North Carolina Central. The game was intially scheduled for Monday but was delayed due to COVID-19 protocols. The winner of this game will takeover second place in the MEAC. Coppin State comes into the game fresh off a 59-57 win over Delaware State on Wednesday night that came via a Nendah Tarke buzzer beater. Coppin State Men’s Basketball cancels next games

Coppin State women’s basketball puts team activities on hold

The positive test result was detected during routine COVID-19 surveillance testing, which is conducted three times a week in accordance with NCAA guidelines. As a result of the positive test, Coppin has cancelled its games at Mount St. Mary’s on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at Maryland on Saturday, Dec. 5.
