Limited Early Launch of the “Alabama A&M” Nike Terminator High to take place Friday

This week Nike announced a special early launch of the upcoming “Alabama A&M” Terminator High will take place at at the City Gear located at2250 Sparkman Drive NW Huntsville Friday, November 17 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm CST. This event will also feature a performance by the Marching Maroon and White, who was also selected to lead the Macy, Thanksgiving Day Parade, as well as additional special presentations and acknowledgments.

Nike is not done with HBCU-themed sneakers

Earlier in the week , we reported on a a Tennessee State and Slim & Husky’s inspired Nike Terminator High and news has emerged that is not the only HBCU-themed sneaker to be rolled out from the orange-clad Beavertonians. One of these special edition Terminators see the athletic giant join forces with Slim and Husky’s a Nashville- based pizza chain founded by Tennessee State alums Clint Gray, Derrick Moore, and EJ Reed. This upcoming “Cacao Wow” aesthetic is the latest from the Nike Terminator High, the classic silhouette that college basketball helped introduce to the world back in 1985. It sports a white leather upper with cacao wow overlays at the toe and eyerows, with the same hue also present on the Swooshes that adorn the lateral and medial sides.
