Doug Williams is one step closer to Canton. The Pro Football Hall of Fame has named Williams one of five finalists in the Contributor category for its Class of 2027, recognizing his lasting impact on professional football. Williams joins Ralph Hay, Virginia McCaskey, Robert Kraft and John Wooten among the five finalists selected from an initial pool of 42 nominees.
