Tuesday morning Tennessee State University lady basketballer Saniah Parker was announced as Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the week. In helping the Lady Tigers go 2-0 last week, Parker scored 14 against UT Martin and followed that up with a season, and career-high 18 points against Southeast Missouri. Parker was scorching from the floor in those games, hitting 12-16 from the floor including knocking down 75% of her three point attempts and 83% of her free throws.
