Terry Stotts and Trail Blazers agree to new multiyear deal

What a difference a year can make. After embarrassingly getting swept out of last year’s playoffs by the New Orleans Pelicans, there was some speculation that Stotts’ job could be in trouble. A report by the Sporting News’ Mitch L:awrence indicates that late owner Paul Allen had denied Stotts request for a contract extension only fueled those fires.
