An additional look at the “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1

A new set of images has emerged for the highly anticipated “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1.  They sport starfish at the toe underlay, with black leather present at the toe, eye row and collar. Black Swooshes also adorn the lateral and medial sides, with the hue also taking care of the Wings logo on the ankle. This KD 18 is inspired by the “Royal” Air Foamposite One

As we previously saw with the Air Bakin-inspired colorway, the aesthetics of classic Nike silhouettes, have found there way into come colorways of the KD 18 and this upcoming look for the KD 18 is inspired by another classic from Nike’s vault.  The “International Blue” iteration is inspired by the “Royal” Foamposite One. News has emerged that the “Toro Bravo” Air Jordan 4 will make another retail run in 2026.  Initially released in 2013, next year will mark its first return since its initial debut 13 years ago. Dating back over a decade, with few exceptions, the slide-out box has become a staple part of the Air Jordan 11 packaging experience.  However for the upcoming “Gamma” 11 that will not be the case.
