Taylor Jenkins is finalising a deal to become the new head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Jenkins replaces Doc Rivers, who recently announced his retirement after a 27-year coacjing career.
Rivers spent the last 3 seasons with the Bucks, recording a 97-103 record, winning the NBA Cup in 2024.
Jenkins was the head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies for six seasons, ( 2019-2025) , compiling a 250-214 , leading the Grizzlies to the postseason on three occasions.
It is a return to familiar territory for Jenkins who was a Bucks assistant on Mike Budenholzer’s staff in 2018-19.
