Images of this blue never-before-seen Pharrell Williams x Adidas Solar Glide have come to light. It sports a blue upper that is a combination of mesh , plastic and suede. “Hu” is embroidered in white across the toes, with white also taking care of the adidas branding on the tongue. This upper sits atop a lighter blue Boost midsole and a blue rubber outsole, completing the aesthetic. This version of the Why Not Zer0.2 is made with summer basketball in mind. According to Jordan Brand, it is a “lighter, lower and faster take Russell Westbrook’s second signature performance shoe.“ It features a deconstructed upper with a removed outer layer that exposes the foam, reduced weight around the midfoot and an open holed mesh for increased breath ability. This colorway has been monikered “The City Tour” and will be available August 1 at Jordan.com and select retail establishments.

Sunday’s BIG3 action featured three games. Triplets 50, Aliens 40 The opening contest saw the debut of 7-time NBA All-Star Joe Johnson as captain of the of the Triplets and what a debut he had, scoring 27 points and pulling in 16 rebounds in leading them to a 50-40 victory over Aliens. Killer 3’s 54, Tri State 52 OT Donte Green’s late bucket lifted the Killer 3’s over Tri State in overtime.
