Making Kicks Count: Arizona non-profits gives sneakers to the homeless

A Phoenix Arizona non-profit , Cloud Covered Streets ,gave out 210 pairs of brand new sneakers to those in need this week. Since August the organisation has taken a mobile laundry shower and laundry built by their executive director Robert Thornton around the area three times per week. In addition getting a shower, people can also get new clothes, haircuts and some essential supplies. “We have blacks, whites, Hispanic, Native Americans, gay, straight, transgender– everybody. Warriors will be without Draymond Green for second straight game.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will miss his second consecutive game due to a foot injury. Though Green was a full participant in the team’s practice Wednesday following the opening night keister-kicking the Nets gave them, head coach Steve Kerr said that he would not play in their Christmas Day game against the Milwaukee Bucks. However Kerr did say that he hoped to him back either for their Sunday game against the Bulls or Tuesday versus the Pistons.

This upcoming Adidas Ultra Boost is constructed of a high-performance recycled material called Primeblue that was created in conjunction with Parley Ocean Plastic. Half of the upper is textile and three-fourths of the aforementioned textile is Primeblue.
