The upcoming holiday season will see the debut of the “Game Royal” Air Jordan 12. JD Sports to acquire Hibbett Sports

JD Sports said Tuesday it plans to acquire 100 percent of Hibbett, which is quoted on the Nasdaq, for a price of $87.50 per share, in cash, implying an enterprise value of $1.11 billion.
